Tech support (in thick India accent): "Oh Michelle.....do not lose hope."

Apparently they are training tech support (who seem to be based oversees) not only in the nitty-gritty of techy things, but also in the human art of compassion. While "Sangee" was not able to fix the problem I called him about, he did leave me with a warm sensation in my soul.
